Delivery and Refund Terms

These terms apply to services purchased through the yazilimpark.com website, operated by Zeynep Topal (YazılımPark) ("YazılımPark", "we"). All of our services are digital services; no physical products are sold and no cargo shipment is involved.
1. Delivery Method
- AI Visibility Analysis / Reports: delivered digitally via the e-mail address provided during the order and/or through an online report page.
- Software, website, chatbot and similar project work: delivered digitally (publication on the agreed server/domain, delivery of source files or access credentials) according to the scope agreed in the quote or contract.
- Subscription services (maintenance, SEO, etc.): performed continuously during the subscription period.
2. Delivery Time
- Report-type services are usually delivered on the same day after payment confirmation, and no later than 3 business days.
- Project work is delivered according to the schedule stated in the relevant quote or contract.
3. Right of Withdrawal and Refunds
- The consumer may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days without giving any reason, in accordance with Turkish Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation.
- Exceptions: pursuant to Article 15 of the Distance Contracts Regulation, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for (a) digital content delivered instantly with the consumer's approval, (b) services whose performance has started with the consumer's approval before the withdrawal period expires, and (c) work prepared specifically for the customer.
- If the service has not yet been performed, the full amount is refunded.
- Refunds are issued to the same payment method used for the purchase (via our payment provider for card payments, or by bank transfer for wire payments). Depending on your bank, it may take several business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
4. Refund Requests
