1. Scope
These terms govern the use of the website and services operated by YazılımPark (“we”, “us”). By using our website or services you accept these terms. Individually signed service agreements prevail over these terms where they conflict.
2. Services
We provide software development, web solutions, AI visibility reporting and social media content production and publishing. The scope of each engagement is defined in its own agreement.
3. Connecting social media accounts
Where our services publish content on your behalf:
- You authorise us through the relevant platform's own approval screen (OAuth). We never request, receive or store your password.
- You must be the rightful owner or an authorised administrator of the account you connect.
- We use the access solely to publish content you have approved and to read the performance data of those posts. We do not use it for any other purpose.
- You may revoke access at any time; see our Data Deletion Instructions.
4. Content and responsibility
- Content is produced with the assistance of artificial intelligence and reviewed editorially before delivery.
- Final approval of content rests with you. Legal responsibility for published content lies with the account owner.
- We do not publish content that is unlawful, misleading, or in breach of the rules of the relevant platform.
5. No guarantee of results
We give no guarantee as to follower growth, reach, engagement, ranking or sales. We are not responsible for suspension, restriction or closure of accounts by the platforms, nor for changes those platforms make to their rules, APIs or pricing.
6. Intellectual property
All content on this website belongs to YazılımPark unless otherwise stated. Rights to content produced for a client pass to that client once payment has been made in full.
7. Personal data
Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and KVKK Disclosure.
8. Changes
We may amend these terms. The current version is always published on this page with its update date.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by Turkish law. The Istanbul Courts and Enforcement Offices have jurisdiction.
