What is Digital Marketing?
Digital marketing is the entirety of marketing activities that help your business reach your target audience over the internet. It happens through digital channels like search engines, social media, email, websites, and mobile applications.
Unlike traditional marketing, every step is measurable, trackable, and optimizable. You can clearly see which ad is working and which content is driving sales.
Why Does Your Business Need Digital Marketing?
The number of internet users in Türkiye has surpassed 70 million. Almost all of your customers research online before making a purchase decision. Without digital marketing, you cannot reach these people.
Benefits of Digital Marketing:
- Targeted Reach: Reach the right people with age, interest, and location-based ads
- Measurable Results: See the return on every dollar you spend
- Low Cost: Much more affordable than traditional advertising
- Fast Results: Start getting sales the same day with Google Ads
- Brand Awareness: Introduce your brand to thousands through social media
Which Channels Do We Work On?
SEO (Search Engine Optimization): Gain organic traffic by ranking at the top of Google.
Google Ads: Reach customers instantly with targeted ad campaigns.
Social Media: Manage your brand accounts on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
Content Marketing: Create value with blogs, videos, and infographics.
Email Marketing: Win repeat sales from your existing customers.
How Social Media Management Actually Works
Social media management is not "posting something every day". A system that works has four parts:
- Positioning: which platform, which audience, which voice. A manufacturer's LinkedIn tone cannot be a clinic's Instagram tone. Trying to exist everywhere is the fastest route to being good nowhere.
- Content plan: a monthly calendar where it is decided in advance what publishes when, what informs, what sells and what carries social proof. An unplanned account goes silent after three weeks.
- Production: visuals, copy, short video — one consistent system so posts do not look like they came from five different brands.
- Measurement and correction: not reach and likes but business outcomes: profile-to-site clicks, messages, forms, calls. Only here do you see what works, and the plan changes accordingly.
Social media rarely closes sales on its own; it brings traffic, builds trust and enables retargeting. In most sectors the conversion happens on the site or on WhatsApp.
What Does Google Ads Management Involve — Can I Not Do It Myself?
Opening an Ads account takes minutes; spending the budget efficiently takes experience. The three most common losses we see in self-managed accounts:
- The broad match trap: with default settings your ad shows on unrelated searches, so budget meant for "corporate website" goes to people searching "how to build a website for free".
- No negative keyword list: a campaign running without excluding non-converting queries burns the budget by mid-month.
- Conversion tracking never set up: if you do not know which keyword produced the form, optimisation is guesswork. The most expensive mistake in Ads is scaling before measuring.
What our management covers: correct match types, regular search-term cleanup, landing page alignment, conversion tracking and shifting budget toward what performs. Ad spend always goes through your own account, in your name — we manage it, we do not collect it.
Ads or SEO? Ads are fast but stop the moment payment stops. SEO is slow but durable. For most businesses the answer is both: capture demand with ads short-term while the organic foundation is built in parallel.
What Determines Agency Pricing?
You will see wildly different numbers for services with the same name, because the amount of work sold under "social media management" is not standardised. What drives price:
- Platform count and posting frequency: two posts a week on one channel is not the same job as daily production on three.
- Production type: editing stock visuals versus original shooting and short-form video.
- Whether ad management is included: campaign setup and optimisation is separate expertise and separate time.
- Reporting depth: a screenshot report and conversion-based analysis are very different amounts of work.
With us these items are selectable one by one; build your own package and see the total instantly in the price calculator. Ad spend is not included in that figure and should not be — separating agency fees from media spend is the first condition of transparency.
For Local Businesses, Which Channel Comes First?
For businesses serving an area (clinics, repair services, courses, restaurants, shops) the budget order differs from national brands. The usual priority:
- Google Business Profile. Free, and the highest-converting element of local search. A missing category, stale opening hours or a profile without photos costs more than an ad budget.
- A review collection habit. Review count and freshness weigh heavily in map rankings. This is not marketing spend but an operational habit: a short message asking for a review right after service.
- Local content on the site. Pages with genuine information for the districts you serve. Pages cloned with the city name swapped are treated as doorway pages and backfire.
- Locally targeted ads. With the above in place, ads work efficiently; without them, ads are an expensive patch.
Social media is not step one here — it builds trust and recall, but the customer actively searching is captured first in map results.
