Buyer: the natural or legal person whose details are provided in the order form on yazilimpark.com ("Buyer").
2. Subject
This agreement sets out the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and performance of the digital service the Buyer ordered through yazilimpark.com, in accordance with Turkish Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Distance Contracts Regulation. Our services are digital; no physical product is shipped.
3. Service and Price
The type, scope and total price (including VAT) of the service are stated on the order page and/or in the quote approved by the Buyer before payment. The price stated at the time of the order is binding for that order.
4. Payment
Payment is made by credit/debit card through our contracted payment institution, or by bank transfer (havale/EFT) to the account details published on our payment details page. Card information is processed by the payment institution; YazılımPark does not store card data.
5. Performance / Delivery
Services are delivered digitally as described in our Delivery and Refund Terms: report-type services usually on the same day and no later than 3 business days after payment confirmation; project work according to the schedule in the quote or contract.
6. Right of Withdrawal
The consumer Buyer may withdraw within 14 days without giving any reason. Pursuant to Article 15 of the Distance Contracts Regulation, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for digital content delivered instantly with the consumer's approval, for services whose performance has started with the consumer's approval, or for work prepared specifically for the Buyer. Withdrawal requests can be sent to [email protected]. Refunds are issued to the same payment method used for the purchase.
7. Disputes
For disputes, consumers may apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts at their place of residence or where the transaction was made, within the monetary limits announced each year. For non-consumer (commercial) buyers, Bilecik courts and enforcement offices have jurisdiction.
8. Entry into Force
By placing an order and completing payment on the website, the Buyer confirms that they have read and accepted this agreement and the pre-contractual information.
